Meet the Founder
VC17 was founded by Jason Clinkscales, a 15-year United States Air Force veteran.
After personally experiencing the VA claims process, Jason saw how many veterans struggle to understand the system and secure the benefits they deserve.
He built VC17 to change that.
VC17’s Mission
VC17 provides no-cost accredited VA disability claims assistance to veterans and families through expert advocacy, AI-supported tools, and grant-funded services while advancing veteran wellness and the mission of reducing veteran suicides from 17 a day to zero.
